Imagine you have a recipe from a famous chef for a delicious cake. You buy all the necessary ingredients and follow the instructions precisely. However, when you see that the recipe requires baking the cake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees, you decide to speed things up. You preheat the oven to 400 degrees, thinking that you can bake the cake in just 20 minutes. Unfortunately, by the end of those 20 minutes, all you have is a burned cake.
I’ve fallen into this trap many times—whether with ads, jumping into projects, startup ideas, or App Store Optimization. I rushed through, expecting immediate results without considering the time needed for each process to unfold correctly.
The lesson here is clear: patience is essential. Good things take time. Your algorithms need time to find the best audience, and people need time to discover your projects. So, take a deep breath, follow the process, and trust that the outcome will be worth the wait.
